The technical model for the current season is built on three specific "strands" that the PS crew has already been practicing:
Focus on keeping the elbows down at the front of the stroke to ensure you engage the lats, core, and glutes early rather than using smaller muscle groups.
Prioritize a leg-driven stroke ("legs, legs, legs") while keeping your body weight suspended onto the handle.
Consciously allowing the boat to glide through the water.
